The chief functionary of the organization is Mr. B. Nageswara Rao. He is a postgraduate in English(Litt) from Andhra University. Right from the school education to college he actively participated in several social movements and events. As an N.C.C cadet in high school &and college. He participated in number of Sramadana programmes in remote villages of East Godavari District.

Mr Rao feels that there are many people deprived of basic amenities like food,clothing,the position of women is more distressing. Thinking of the downtrodden he along with some other like minded people floated a service organization Jankalyan
